What equipment do I need to do the program?

  • A mat
  • Dumbbells
  • Foam roller or alternatively a  rolled up towel
  • Yoga block – or alternatively a thick book 3 inches
  • Swiss ball (not introduced for the first 6 weeks)
  • Sliding discs (not introduced for the first 8 weeks)

How often do I get charged?

Each billing cycle happens every two weeks.

How do I cancel?

You must cancel before the end of your two-week billing cycle ends. If you cancel after this date you will be debited for the following two weeks

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can put your membership on hold for up to 10 weeks

Do I have to pay extra for the 20 minute assessment every 10 weeks?

No these come as part of your subscription.

How long are the 3 workout sessions?

Each session is around 20 minutes long
